The Mer group consists of five EV charging operator companies in Norway, Sweden, Germany and the UK, with the vision to become the best and most customer centric EV charging operator in Europe. What are your tasks and responsibilities?
Define strategic product goals and initiatives that align with overall business goals and strategies.
Own the short and long term product roadmap for your product area in close collaboration with your stakeholders.
Responsible to drive roadmaps and ensure implementations are in line with agreed plans.
Define and prioritize product features for our users and business.
Balance needs around reliability, security and scale with building new features.
Lead one or more cross-functional development teams to deliver with speed and quality.
Manage a prioritize backlog with clear description of requested functionality.
Collaborate closely with other Product Managers and Tech in the Mer Group to align our IT platform strategy.
Who are you?
Graduation in Business informatics, Business administration, Informatics (or similar).
Several years of experience working in an agile organization as Product Owner or similar role (SCRUM/Kanban).
Ability to manage products from conception to launch.
Project management experience in an agile development environment.
Strong understanding and desirable background of IT and digital product development process.
High quality mindset paired with strong customer orientation, critical thinking and attention to detail.
Experience in working with software development tools (e.g., Atlassian stack / JIRA / Confluence).
Ability to effectively work with team members & customers around the globe in a virtual environment.
Strong analytical skills and the ability to set clear priorities.
Excellent communication skills (English and German).
Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel internationally is a plus.
Experience in the area of eMobility is a plus.
