As a part of Mer you will be working with enthusiastic, skilled and ambitious people who care about future generations. As an experienced and passionate UI/UX Designer you will be running research with end-users, creating concepts, wireframes, prototypes and screen designs for our digital products that will reach a growing global user base across several countries. Key activities will amongst others be:
You are responsible for an intuitive usability of our EV software solutions and products.
You gather requirements side by side with product managers to design and optimize the corresponding interfaces for our customers.
As part of a cross-functional product team you're working closely together with product managers and the developers, you define wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, usability concepts and designs and ensure that these are implemented accordingly.
You are talking to users, consolidating findings and using these gained insights and other data points to influence the product for the better.
In user tests with our customers, you validate more complex usability concepts and optimize them in an iterative process.
We think you have a profile like this:
You have completed a degree or have comparable qualifications in design, human-computer interaction or other relevant fields.
At least 2-3 years of experience in designing web-based applications in a tech company or digital products environment with an agile development approach.
Exceptional knowledge of UX/UI patterns, interaction design and information architecture.
You are passionate about driving products with intuitive experiences forward.
You are familiar with using tools like Figma, Zeplin, Dovetail and the likes.
Up-to-date with the latest UI trends, techniques, and technologies.
Experience working with international teams and willingness to travel internationally is a plus.
Excellent communication skills (English and German).
